I Agree’ before being able to submit their order.

I hereby confirm that: (a) I own the copyright to the materials that I am providing to Printz-It to print/duplicate (the “Materials”), or (b) I have permission from the copyright owners of the Materials to print/duplicate them as provided to Printz-It. I further confirm that the printing/duplication job for the Materials I am requesting Printz-It to fulfill will not infringe upon or violate any right of any third party and that nothing in the Materials contains anything that is defamatory, obscene or otherwise unlawful.

I shall indemnify Brian Burwell d/b/a Printz-It and his heirs and assigns from and against all claims, liability and expenses (including without limitation, legal fees on a solicitor and client basis) that Printz-It may suffer or incur as a result of, in respect of or arising out of any of my statements above not being accurate or becoming inaccurate. I shall promptly give written notice to Printz-It if I become aware of any matter that might give rise to a claim for indemnity.
